The BonkEnc language files for Italian, Russian and Hungarian languages have been updated and there is a new translation to simplified Chinese.

Credits for these translations go to Marco D'Amato (Italian), Dimonis (Russian), Toth Peter (Hungarian) and nimin (Chinese).

The Chinese translation requires a smooth update (which is included in the package) in order to work properly on Windows 9x/ME systems.
